Casa La Mata is perfect for either a short stay or long stay holidays. All our guests will benefit from our complimentary 'Meet and Greet' service. There are no further charges as all towels, linen and your end of stay clean is included in the price. A mid-stay laundry change and maid service is optional and will attract an extra charge as will a 'Welcome Pack' or any additional services required.

To confirm a booking, an immediate deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday is required. Our final costs will include £100 security deposit which is fully refundable at the end of your holiday within 7 days if there are no breakages or damage to our apartment. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, or in full if holiday is within 8 weeks.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We are also pleased to offer discounts from time to time, as well as to returning guests. We can confirm that guests staying in our apartment are entitled to discounts on the golf course and in the club house restaurant. All bookings are made subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Roda Golf and Beach Resort is a new development and as such is not fully completed, the prices quoted reflect this.
